Mama Thread is an initiative of Mama Said to connect mamas throughout Philadelphia. Mama Said facilitates opportunities at workshops for mamas to learn about and directly support non-profit organizations that address maternal health and wellness in the city.
Past support efforts have included sharing information about the work of the Women's Law Project around breastfeeding in the workplace and collecting nearly $1,000 worth of clothing to donate to Career Wardrobe.
